What You’ll Do:
- Proactively prospect and generate new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products
- Stay current with industry trends and product knowledge
- Complete State Farm licensing within the first 30 days (training provided)
- Work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Self-starter who can work in-office or remotely as needed
